The AI partner fordental practices.
Now onboarding Open Dental practices.

“I chipped a tooth. Anyone there?”

“We’re closed. I can hold 8:20 tomorrow with Dr. Reyes.”

“That works.”
How many calls did your practice miss last month? Most owners cannot answer — they ring out after hours, at lunch, and while the team is with a patient.
We turn the calls you already get into booked chair time — and show you what it earned.
It holds. Your team says yes.
Books the chair.
Open Dental, chair by chair.
Reads only what booking needs.
Never clinical notes, imaging or ledgers.
Picks up when you can’t.
After hours, busy lines, extra rings.
Warm, not cold.
Hands to your team during the hours you set.

The approvals queue
Pick “Hold for front-desk approval”, the default, or “Book directly”.
The morning brief
One page each morning: what was booked overnight, and what it was worth.
The call log
Every call — booked, held, or just a message — with its transcript, searchable by your team.
What’s true, stated plainly.
Call audio and transcripts stay in a United States region.
- Will it sound like us?
- It follows the protocol you write with us before a single call: what it may book, offer, and refuse.
- Will it break my schedule?
- Nothing is confirmed until your team approves it — that is the default. A held request takes the chair, marked as waiting, until you decide. And it cannot double-book a chair: the database refuses to write the second one.
- Will it get me into trouble?
- No call is answered before a BAA is signed. Nobody at Leady listens to your call audio. Not SOC 2 certified.
One product. One price per location.
- Monthly plans carry a one-time onboarding fee, refunded if you cancel by the end of your second billing month. Annual plans have none, unless you cancel before your fourth billing month.
- There is no free trial: onboarding is work we do with you.
Questions
What if it books the wrong thing?
With “Hold for front-desk approval”, the default, nothing is final until someone at your practice approves it. If the agent misunderstood a caller, your team declines the booking in the portal.
What about emergencies?
The agent is not a clinician and gives no clinical advice. It asks about urgency, and the call goes where your practice decided at onboarding. During the hours you set, it can transfer the caller to your team.
Will patients know it isn’t a person?
Yes. Every call starts by telling the caller they are speaking to an automated assistant and that the call is transcribed.
Are you live with practices yet?
Not yet. We are onboarding our first practices now, one at a time and by hand, and we will tell you on the demo call exactly where that stands.
Which software do you work with?
Open Dental, and only Open Dental. We write into it directly, at chair level. If you run something else, the waitlist is how you tell us which one.
Is there a free trial?
No. Onboarding is work we do with you — your hours, your chairs, your rules — and it happens after your agreement and BAA are signed. Monthly plans carry a one-time onboarding fee, refunded if you cancel by the end of your second billing month.
Who sets it up?
We do, with you, in about an hour, online. You are not handed a configuration screen and left with it.
What if we want to stop?
Switch your call forwarding back and your calls go to your own line again. Cancellation terms are in your agreement, and we go through them on the demo call.
See it on your own schedule.
Fifteen minutes on a screen share. Running a system other than Open Dental? Join the waitlist and we will write when we add it.
